Here are a few pictures of our day today! We ended up spending the day with just the 4 of us! Grill master, Rodd cooked us some delicious steaks and we had a relaxing afternoon. We tried to make today as meaningful as we could to a 1 and 3 year old, but you can only go so deep on their level before Logan starts asking for a ball or banana and Sydney goes off on a tangent about princesses. We absolutely cannot wait until they are old enough to understand the true meaning of Easter and celebrate all that Christ did on their behalf!!
We have been thinking a lot about our good friends, Mark and Holly Woodard in Papua New Guinea who are undoubtedly experiencing the best days of their lives as they daily teach the gospel to a group of people who have never heard about Jesus. Just think… next year they will celebrate Easter with brothers and sisters in the Lord in a whole new way! (For updates on their teaching, or to know how to pray for the Bagwido people, check out their website here.)

Checking out the goods in eachother’s easter baskets.
Unfortunately, you can’t see the dress too well, but very talented Grandma Harris made Sydney her Easter dress!
