We went away for a few days of R & R. We stayed at a great place in Kissimmee for a few days with my parents and it was super relaxing. We are so enjoying this quality time as a family because we know the month of August is going to be busy and FULL. With our kids the ages they are, we kept it low key and didn’t go non-stop and it was so worth it. We swam, played games, Rodd and my dad exercised like crazy men, we went to a special dinner, & definitely appreciated having my mom there to watch Carson while the rest of us “played” several times. We are still looking for a place to stay while we’re in WI for the next 3 months. Our answer to prayer is that we have friends who are going to stay in our house while we’re gone. This will be a huge help to us!
